Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests can be initiated through our customer support team or via the return option on our website.

Condition Requirements

Only items that are in unused and original condition will be eligible for return.
Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Exchange Process 🔄

Zoraware does not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be exchanged for a similar product or an item of equal value.
In cases where a replacement product is unavailable, we will provide a store credit redeemable on future purchases.

Defective or Damaged Items
